The IT Support Specialist, provides remote support to all Crew locations in the Indiana/Illinois region and delivers on-site IT support services for Crew Carwash retail locations in the Minnesota region. This includes installation, maintenance, and support of IT hardware, infrastructure, and systems such as servers, PCs, ethernet cabling, network switches, wireless access points, video surveillance systems, and general IT software troubleshooting.

This role functions as a hybrid position spanning IT Service Desk responsibilities and IT Field Technician responsibilities. Strong ownership, professionalism, accountability, integrity, and a customer-focused approach are required for success in this position.

Primary Responsibilities

 

  • Provide remote support for all Crew locations and document all requests in the ticketing system.
  • Monitor the IT Service Desk inbound queues during shifts, and adhere to all IT Service Desk policies and procedures.
  • Complete all IT Field Technician responsibilities for the Minnesota region.
  • Support Windows servers, Windows 11 PCs, printers, firewalls, switches, wireless access points, telephony, and POS systems as assigned.
  • Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot voice/data cabling and associated hardware.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on on-site IT equipment.
  • Ensure installations meet standards and assist in developing new installation standards as environments evolve.
  • Maintain strict adherence to PCI compliance protocols.
  • Provide after-hours support, remote and on-site for all Minnesota locations on a permanent basis.

 

The compensation range for this role is $64,220-$69,160.
