ITSupport Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our corporate team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring staff have reliable technology support and secure systems to effectively carry out their work across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Answer, evaluate, prioritize, and respond to incoming telephone, voicemail, NinjaOne ticketing system, and in-person requests for technical assistance regarding hardware, software, networking, phone systems, and other computer-related technologies. 
  • Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, networking, phone systems, and other computer-related technologies 
  • Provide end-user Arize training and other IT onboarding trainings 
  • Install and configure computers, software applications, and peripheral equipment using deployment tools such as NinjaOne 
  • Create and manage user accounts with appropriate network and phone system permissions 
  • Process staff terminations and remove system access privileges  
  • Maintain and update hardware inventory databases and technology asset records 
  • Coordinate with software and hardware vendors regarding defective equipment and warranty service requests 
  • Travel to satellite office locations to provide help troubleshooting onsite workstations and technical support

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • 2–3 years of experience in PC repair, technical support, or help desk support preferred
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals
  • Experience with MS 365 preferred. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
