Full Time | Onsite in Franklin, TN

Innovative Renal Care is seeking an IT Support & Office Coordinator for our corporate office in Franklin, TN. In this full-time role, you will serve as the primary onsite technical support resource for employees and executive leadership while also driving smooth corporate office operations. You will ensure a seamless technology experience through responsive desk-side, walk-up, and remote support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, managing conference room technologies, and handling daily onsite administrative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive desk-side, walk-up, and remote technical support for hardware, software, and end-user computing issues, ensuring timely resolution of help desk requests.
• Deliver high-touch technical support and troubleshooting for executive leadership with professionalism, discretion, and excellent customer service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.
• Support conference rooms, boardrooms, and collaboration technologies, including displays, projectors, video conferencing platforms, and presentation equipment during business meetings.
• Configure, deploy, test, and maintain laptops, monitors, docking stations, and workstation setups for new hires, transfers, and office moves.
• Monitor, document, and resolve incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system while properly escalating unresolved queries.
• Manage core office operations as the sole onsite administrative support contact, including package handling, mail distribution, supply restocking, Active Directory user account administration, and technology asset inventory.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in desktop support, technical support, end-user computing, help desk, or related technology roles.
• Strong troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows ACLs.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, docking stations, and end-user peripherals.
• Proven background working with IT ticketing systems and documenting support activities.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a high-visibility environment with excellent organizational and communication skills.
