About the Position

Do you have a keen eye for detail and strive to provide excellent customer service? We’d love to have you join our IT Support & Experience team! Based at our corporate headquarters in sunny St. Petersburg, FL, the IT Support Coordinator is responsible for handling all facets of Power Design’s innovative operation. In this role, you will be providing convenient and comprehensive services for all plan management, printing, inventory control, asset configuration, office supplies, and shipping needs. You’ll be the champion of our employees in helping them accomplish their goals and will have a clear career path. Apply today!

Position Details/Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize internal customer request queue while responding to user requests in a quick, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • Determine most appropriate methods, including outside vendors and suppliers, for accomplishing projects in the most time and cost-efficient manner.
  • Review operational procedures, identify opportunities to enhance IT processes, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Process deliveries and packages.
  • Configure, issue, and ship assets for employees.
  • Maintain perpetual inventory and distribution of supplies.
  • Assemble critical documents accurately and in the most efficient method while maintaining quality standards.
  • QC (Quality Control) all IT hardware.
  • Support all printing and engraving requests.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Here’s What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Products.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (large copiers, scanners, postage meters, etc.) and reprographics experience preferred but not required.
  • An interest in using technology to improve current procedures.
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines consistently, and multi-task.
  • Strong communication skills – interpersonal, written, and verbal.
  • Must have a professional, positive attitude with a passion to serve others.
