- Provide technical support to employees by phone, email, remote support tools, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, printers, mobile devices, passwords, VPN connectivity, Microsoft 365 applications, and other business technology tools
- Document issues, resolutions, and support activities within the ticketing system
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate IT teams when necessary
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including device setup, account provisioning, and access support
- Assist with maintaining a positive end-user experience by delivering timely, professional, and customer-focused support
- Participate in an on-call rotation to assist with critical after-hours IT support needs
- Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or related customer support roles
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, VPN connectivity, and remote support tools
- Experience using ticketing systems and documenting technical issues preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation
- Extended periods at a desk working on a computer.
- Occasional lifting of equipment up to 25 lbs.
- Work is primarily office or remote; occasional visits to company locations as needed.
