We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems and equipment used by our organization. You will work closely with our IT team and other departments to ensure that our technology is functioning properly and meeting the needs of our staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems and equipment, including hardware, software, and network issues.

- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.

- Respond to and resolve IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner.

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures.

- Assist with the implementation of new technology and upgrades.

- Train and assist staff on the proper use of technology and software.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and other common business applications.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
