IT Support Analyst

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This individual will work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software

- Monitor and maintain network and server performance

- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on systems and software

- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides

- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement process improvements

- Provide training and support to employees on new technology and software

- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses

- Ensure the security and integrity of company data and systems

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technology and industry trends

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other cloud-based applications

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
