The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring that all IT systems and equipment are functioning properly, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to employees in person, over the phone, or via email

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals

- Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases

- Perform regular backups and updates to ensure data integrity

- Train employees on how to use new software and equipment

- Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses

- Collaborate with IT team to implement new technologies and systems

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

- Document and track all IT support requests and resolutions

- Provide on-call support during non-business hours when necessary

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

- Experience with networking, firewalls, and security protocols

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Certifications such as A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus
