Information Systems Support Analyst 

Location: Toms River, NJ (onsite) 

Salary: $75,000-$95,000 based on experience

Summary:

Heyco Products Corp. is seeking an Information Systems Support Analyst to support and enhance our manufacturing business systems and IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for supporting IQMS ERP functionality, managing EDI transactions, developing Crystal Reports, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and assisting users across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot the IQMS ERP system and related applications
• Manage and troubleshoot EDI inbound and outbound documents
• Create, modify, and maintain Crystal Reports based on business requirements
• Utilize SQL queries to support reporting and data analysis needs
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers
• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner
• Create and maintain knowledgebase articles and work instructions
• Follow SDLC best practices for major projects including planning, testing, documentation, implementation, and post-project review
• Work closely with users across departments to identify and resolve system issues
• Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably IQMS
• Experience creating and maintaining Crystal Reports
• Working knowledge of SQL for queries and report development
• Experience with EDI transactions and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
• Occasional exposure to manufacturing environments and electrical equipment
• Must follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements when in the plant
