Full job details

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and troubleshooting, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to end-users for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, escalating to senior IT staff when necessary

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals

- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches

- Ensure all systems are up to date with the latest security patches and updates

- Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and processes

- Train employees on basic IT procedures and best practices

- Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to current systems

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other cloud-based services

- Familiarity with network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- A passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and improve
