Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support to resolve application and hardware problems. Provide technical support in automating operations.
  • Participate in the Radiance process to resolve the incident in a timely manner.
  • Log and triage incidents
  • Troubleshoot the escalated incident / problem and refer / escalate (functional and hierarchical) to the right groups.
  • Provide inputs to contribute towards updating knowledge articles.
  • Contribution to continuous service improvement plans).
  • installing/updating software and in diagnosing hardware malfunctions. Implement modifications to system configurations to accommodate current and future upgrades and updates. Maintain applications, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Provide information and training to staff on corporate information systems.
  • Research products/equipment for budget planning/purchasing.
  • Maintain and clean computer equipment, including fixed preventive maintenance activities.
  • Troubleshoot Desktop and Network issues.
  • Provide end-user support for copiers; train staff in operating copiers and using complex functions.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating hardware inventory.
  • Assist with audit of software licenses.

Required Skills:

  • US Citizenship with ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance.
  • Excellent in person customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Windows Server & Windows OS

Required Experience:

  • Two years of relevant experience in the field of Information Technology
  • Two or more years of experience providing technical support in a commercial organization with a networked computer environment
