Job Description
The IT Manager is the behind-the-scenes wizard who keeps the digital magic humming so every guest’s stay feels effortless and enchanting. From conjuring flawless Wi-Fi and smart room comforts to safeguarding sensitive data like a vigilant guardian, and collaborating with every corner of the resort to keep operations gliding smoothly, this role ensures everything works in perfect harmony.
- Orchestrate the resort’s technology ecosystem, from seamless Wi-Fi to elegant in-room tech, ensuring every digital touchpoint feels effortless and invisible to guests
- Work hand in hand with the leadership team of the resort to ensure all needs are met, swiftly troubleshooting issues, and keeping systems running as smoothly as a five-star check-in
- Safeguard guest data and financial systems with vigilant cybersecurity practices, acting as a quiet guardian behind the scenes
- Collaborate with all resort departments to align technology with operations, enhancing both team efficiency and guest delight
- Introduce and manage innovative technologies that elevate the luxury experience, blending cutting-edge solutions with flawless reliability

Pay Range: $70 - $80,000/year

Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical experience in hospitality or a comparable field
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, providing foundational knowledge in IT principles, systems, and technologies preferred.
- Advanced understanding of Google workstations and Server Operating Systems
- Working knowledge of Google Apps (G Suite) & Microsoft Office products
- Strong technical knowledge of networking, security, phone systems, and general computing concepts
- Knowledge of Audio Visual Systems (TV, Streaming, Sound, etc)
- Basic Understanding of Virtualization (VMWARE ESXI, Hyper V, Virtual Servers and storage arrays)
