IT Manager

Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT strategies and plans to support the company's overall goals and objectives

- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems

- Ensure the security and integrity of all company data and information

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise

- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in technology

- Develop and manage the IT budget

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

- Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates and upgrades

- Monitor and maintain all IT equipment and ensure proper functioning

- Provide training and support to employees on new systems and technologies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management

- Strong knowledge of network and server administration

- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and cybersecurity

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience with budget management and cost control

- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is a plus

- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL are preferred.
