IT Engineer 1

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide daily operational administration for all server and desktop resources.
• Provide senior-level technical support for all production systems.
• Maintain the company’s information security standards and protocols.
• Maintain the company’s login security standards.
• Maintain the company’s software deployment and configuration management methodology.
• Maintain the company’s standard server and desktop configuration and deployment methodology.
• Continually evaluate new technologies within the IT industry, proposing those to management that may impact the operation positively.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in computer science, business administration or related field, or a minimum of five years equivalent practical work experience and/or applicable certifications.
• Must be well organized, with the ability to prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and keep the information technology team apprised of any issues that might affect deadlines.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
