We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on IT Coordinator to manage, maintain, and support
our company’s technology infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth
day-to-day IT operations, supporting employees with technical issues, and helping keep
our systems secure, efficient, and scalable as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
? Provide day-to-day technical support for employees (hardware, software, network, and account issues)
? Set up, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and other
office equipment
? Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (email, Slack, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, etc.)
? Maintain and monitor networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and security systems
? Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors or service providers when needed
? Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees from an IT perspective
? Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and best practices
? Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with company policies
? Support office moves, expansions, and new technology rollouts
? Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems and workflows
Qualifications
? 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role
? Strong knowledge of macOS and some Windows environments
? Experience with networking basics (routers, switches, VPNs, Wi-Fi)
? Familiarity with cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom)
? Experience with Apple Business Manager, MDM, or device enrollment
? Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
? Excellent communication and customer-service mindset
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
? Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
? Experience supporting retail, warehouse, or multi-location environments
? Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Apple)
