Infrastructure Engineer

• Own and operate end-to-end infrastructure across backend services, frontend systems, databases, observability tooling, and globally distributed cloud and edge environments.
• Build, maintain, and optimize deployment workflows including CI/CD pipelines, validation procedures, rollback strategies, and release monitoring processes.
• Design and manage reproducible infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code practices with tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Improve system observability by implementing effective monitoring, metrics, logging, alerting, and incident response processes to ensure high availability and performance.
• Manage cloud and network security infrastructure, including CDN deployment, routing, VPN networking, zero-trust access controls, firewall policies, and DDoS protection.
• Maintain infrastructure security posture through secrets management, OS hardening, key rotation, and operational readiness for incident response.
• Support and optimize distributed database systems and performance-sensitive APIs while troubleshooting operational issues across the full stack.
• Develop internal tooling and automation solutions that enhance developer productivity, operational efficiency, and infrastructure scalability.
• Establish operational best practices, documentation, and runbooks that strengthen reliability, security, and maintainability across the organization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or related roles supporting highly available production systems.
• Strong expertise in Linux systems administration and experience managing both cloud-based and bare-metal infrastructure environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools, particularly Terraform and Ansible in production settings.
• Solid understanding of networking and web infrastructure concepts, including DNS, load balancing, CDN caching, TLS, traffic routing, and secure connectivity.
• Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, InfluxDB, ClickHouse, or equivalent technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and operational problem-solving skills across infrastructure, databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with security best practices, including secrets management, access control systems, firewall configuration, and incident response readiness.
• Understanding of database operations, replication, connection management, pooling, and performance optimization.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create clear technical documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks.
• Ability to work autonomously in a lean, fast-moving environment with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
• Bonus experience with blockchain infrastructure, low-latency trading systems, Rust-based applications, PostgreSQL environments, or fintech platforms is highly valued.
