Helpdesk Support Specialist

Description

• Provide help desk support handling calls and tickets via phone, email and tickets
• Support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Perform Tier 1 Active Directory support including password resets
• Support remote users with VPN connectivity and remote desktop tools
• Document, track, and resolve issues using ServiceNow
• Communicate effectively with end users and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

• ServiceNow ticketing system experience

This is a Contract position based out of Oak Brook, IL.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
