About the Role
Description
Georgia Pacific is allowing self owning devices. Bring your own device will affect around 9000 lines that will need to be assisted with. It is a 2026 initiative and could last all year. These 2 will be working different shifts to support any calls that come in for device transition. These 2 will be giving permissions, routing numbers, and giving passwords and pins.

The shifts are; 9-6 cst with a 1 hour lunch. The other shift is 10-7 cst with a 1 hour lunch. Saturdays they need coverage 9-6 cst with lunch from 12:30-1:30 but this day can be from home

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
