About the Role

As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for technical assistance, helping staff navigate and resolve IT challenges efficiently and professionally. Key Objectives

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clinic staff across hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

  • Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to help desk inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system, ensuring clear and courteous communication.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and software applications.

  • Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.

  • Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures to build a comprehensive knowledge base.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when necessary.

  • Support user account management, including password resets and access permissions.

  • Contribute to IT projects and upgrades that improve clinic technology infrastructure.

  • Ensure compliance with data security policies and best practices within the healthcare environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role, ideally within healthcare or wellness sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and common business software.

  • Familiarity with networking concepts, VPNs, and basic troubleshooting of connectivity issues.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Effective communication skills, with a patient and customer-focused approach.

  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.

  • Understanding of HIPAA and data privacy regulations is advantageous.
