Description

Our customer is looking for a highly skilled Desktop Support Technicians to help support the organization in upgrading from Windows 10 to a Windows 11 environment, tracking inventory and assets, and providing day to day support for users. This tech will be primarily imaging and building machines, tracking, and processing orders. We are seeking a skilled and experienced desktop support technician to support with ongoing computer builds and set ups. This candidate will primarily be imaging and building machines in the hospital warehouse. We are looking someone who is comfortable with this type of work, but also looking to grow within the organization as a true desktop support technician. **Key Responsibilities:** - Swapping out the old hardware with new work stations. - Collaborate with IT teams to develop and execute a comprehensive upgrade plan. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the upgrade process. - Document and communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions. - Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies. - Process and track orders - Collaborate with vendors and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues. - Managing Depo operations, including order processing. - Handling replacement machines for Windows 11 and coordinating equipment upgrades. - Operating from the Depo located on the ground floor of the site.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
