Job Description
This is a fully onsite role (5 days, Tuesday to Saturday 12am-8am) providing level 1 & 2 support for users, troubleshoot hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop computers and conduct remote problem solving when necessary.
Requirements:
4–6 years’ experience or college degree
Windows AD, Office 365, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN
Ticketing system, asset management, vendor coordination
Strong customer service and communication skills
Saturday and holiday availability
Nice-to-have: Scripting, ITIL knowledge, Airwatch MDM.
