Position Summary:
As a Desktop Support II, you'll provide hardware, software, and systems support throughout Security Financial Bank. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, maintain workstation and network equipment, assist with business continuity initiatives, and work closely with employees and third-party vendors to ensure our technology remains secure, reliable, and efficient.

Your responsibilities will include:
Configure, deploy, maintain, and repair computers, monitors, printers, scanners, and other peripherals
Troubleshoot advanced hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues
Resolve help desk requests while meeting established service level expectations
Test application functionality, connectivity, and system performance
Document issues, resolutions, and system changes within the ticketing system
Partner with third-party vendors to resolve technical issues
Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, server environments, mobile devices, Cisco wireless infrastructure, and VoIP systems
Assist with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning, documentation, testing, and employee training
Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours maintenance
Safeguard bank technology assets while adhering to banking security policies and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of five years of experience in desktop support, systems support, or a similar IT support role
Technical Knowledge:
Windows 11 & Microsoft Server operating systems
Microsoft 365 cloud-based products
Cisco wireless networks
Mobile Device Management platforms
VOIP phone systems
Network concepts and troubleshooting
Server-level hardware and software
Help desk ticketing systems
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery concepts
Working conditions, including physical requirements:
Work is performed largely within the Bank’s corporate office with limited chance of personal injury. Frequent mental and visual concentration required in managing deadlines and multiple priorities.
Primarily daytime, on-site work during normal business hours
Occasional evening or weekend maintenance and participation in an on-call rotation
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds of computer equipment and supplies
Ability to work safely in production environments
