Job Description
Position: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Newark, NJ
Schedule: 5 days per week, onsite.
Interview Process: Initial phone screening, followed by an in-person interview.
You’ll provide Level 1 & 2 support via phone, email, and remote tools—troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years’ experience or college degree
- Windows AD, Office 365, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN
- Ticketing system, asset management, vendor coordination
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Saturday and holiday availability
Nice-to-have: Scripting, ITIL knowledge, Airwatch MDM.
Note:
- Fully onsite role requiring presence 5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and certain holidays as part of a 24/7 support team.
