- Manage identity and access across platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Shopify, and other cloud tools
- Design structured onboarding and offboarding processes to secure system access
- Provide guidance on the secure deployment and use of new tools and applications
- Develop, document, and maintain internal IT security policies and best practices
- Monitor compliance with established security measures and advise stakeholders on risk mitigation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or related roles
- Proven experience implementing security practices across modern SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based systems, including Google Workspace, Slack, and other enterprise platforms
- Ability to assess security risks and implement practical, effective solutions
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Benefits:

- Collaborative, supportive team culture
