We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems & IT Administrator to support and enhance our growing technology environment. This role combines business systems administration (including ownership of NetSuite), SaaS application management, systems administration, endpoint management, and cybersecurity.

This position will work closely with our IT Manager and will be expected to take ownership of key systems, drive operational improvements, and help scale the company’s technology infrastructure.

About the Role

This is a full-time salaried role reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, who over sees the IT team. This is a hybrid role based out of our San Antonio, Texas office. In-office days (2-3) vary week to week based on business needs, so flexibility in scheduling on-site days is required and expected. Occasional domestic travel (up to 5%) may be required depending on business needs and is fully paid by the company.

About You

The ideal candidate has experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, endpoint management, user lifecycle management, cybersecurity initiatives, and cloud-based business applications. NetSuite ERP experience is highly preferred. However, candidates who demonstrate strong SaaS administration skills, technical aptitude, and a willingness to become the organization’s NetSuite subject matter expert are strongly encouraged to apply.

Essential Functions

• Administer, maintain, and optimize NetSuite, including user roles and permissions, saved searches, reports, dashboards, workflows, and data imports.
• Administer and support other business-critical SaaS platforms.
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve processes and system utilization.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, workflows, and integrations across business systems.
• Lead or support systems projects from scoping and requirements through rollout and adoption.
• Create documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Troubleshoot business application issues and coordinate vendor support when needed.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
• Assist with license optimization and administration.
• Manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices, including endpoint protection through Microsoft Defender.
• Support the company’s phone system (Zoom Phone).
  
  

Core Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive IT experience. 
  
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience managing cloud-based SaaS platforms.
• Experience with endpoint management solutions (Intune preferred).
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and identity management.
• Experience supporting Windows-based environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to independently manage projects and priorities.
  

Preferred

• Startup/high growth environment experience a major plus.
• NetSuite administration experience.
• Windows Autopilot deployment experience.
• Experience managing iOS and Android devices.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender.
• Experience with PowerShell automation.
• Experience with Zoom Phone or other VoIP platforms.
• Industry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ISC², GIAC, ITIL) or NetSuite certifications are a plus but not required.
  
  

Details

• The salary range for this position is $80,000–$95,000 per year, based on experience.
• The typical working hours for this position are 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. 
• In-office days (2-3) vary week to week based on business needs, so flexibility in scheduling on-site days is required and expected.
• This position is exempt from overtime as determined by FLSA standards.
• Travel is expected up to 5% and may include occasional overnight trips to domestic locations.
