Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

POSITION SUMMARY
─────────────────────────────────────
SunSoft Online LLC (NOVA22) is seeking a User Technology Specialist to provide temporary IT support for the City of Phoenix Solid Waste Division. This contractor role is critical to maintaining operational continuity and preventing service disruptions during absences of the primary IT Support Specialist.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
─────────────────────────────────────
• Serve as backup IT support for the Solid Waste Division
• Provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
• Perform computer imaging and deployment for new and replacement hardware
• Manage hardware inventory and lifecycle tracking
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain up-to-date documentation
• Assist with user training, device deployment, and process improvement initiatives

• Hands-on end-user / desktop support experience
• Experience with imaging systems and tools
• Proven experience with computer imaging, configuration, and deployment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills for end-user training and support
