About the Role:
Matrix Systems & Technologies Inc is looking for a talented UI Path Test Automation Engineer with MBI Clearance to join our team in Bowie, MD. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using UiPath RPA platform
- Execute automated and manual test cases to validate software functionality and performance
- Identify, document, and track software defects through the full defect lifecycle
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test requirements
- Perform regression, integration, and system testing across multiple environments
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on test coverage and quality metrics
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and best practices
Requirements:
- Active MBI (Moderate Background Investigation) clearance required
- Hands-on experience with UiPath automation development and testing
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks, scripting, and QA methodologies
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum development processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in a government or federal contracting environment preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
- UiPath Certified Associate certification
