Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. Candidates are expected to have experience in IT Helpdesk support and demonstrate interpersonal, organizational, and oral communication skills. They should work well in teams, possess analytical and problem-solving capabilities, be able to prioritize and execute tasks, and maintain an orderly workspace.

Hybrid (3 days in office; 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:
Candidates should be open to learning and developing new skills relevant to the responsibilities listed below.
- Provide support and troubleshooting of complicated issues on the Helpdesk.
- Provide high level customer services consistent with IT best practices.
- Assist with end user system deployments and upgrades.
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards.
- Develop documentation for new and existing workflows.
- Assist with testing new software, service packs, and patches.
- Occasional travel may be required as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in the field of computers is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years working IT support is required.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows based client operating systems.
- In-depth knowledge in Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to diagnose problems, perform repairs on IT assets, and provide support for a wide range of applications.
- Ability to maintain a clean and efficient working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Virtual Server Infrastructure Systems (Hyper-V and Citrix)
- SharePoint Administration experience preferred but not required
