Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking an entry level Test Engineer to join our global Engineering team based out of our Macao location.

What You Will Accomplish Here…
As a Test Engineer within our global Engineering team, you will have an opportunity to tests software and hardware designs that impact the products and services within the gambling industry. 
 
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop an understanding of technical requirements and regulations.
  • Develop an understanding of client’s expectations and additional testing requests.
  • Research, identify, and apply any special rules or other requirements.
  • Accurate develop and execute test methods for technical and client requirements.
  • Effectively document test results and discovered defects.
  • Manage projects and tasks against budgets and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with all assigned customers.
  • Maintain an understanding of the customer’s needs and market position.
  • Proactively communicate the status of tests with all relevant internal and external parties.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
 
Experience, Education, Skills, and Credentials:
  • Knowledge of C++ or other modern, object-oriented programming language(s) is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, a similar field is strongly is required;
Certification, formal training or experience may also be evaluated and considered in lieu of educational requirements
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Must have the ability to read, write and speak English fluently to communicate with other members of the team and clients.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively and professionally speak orally and in writing with both internal and external parties.
  • Must have the ability to handle and organise multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
 
Location: This is an in-person, full-time position based out of our Macao office
Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay: MOP 33,107 per month
Travel: travel is not required for this position.
