About the Role
Description
About Us:
At Spartronics, we provide comprehensive contract manufacturing services, ranging from printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) and subsystem integration to full-box build (high-level assemblies). We also offer value-added services, from early-stage engineering support to manufacturing testing, design for excellence, and sustaining engineering throughout the product lifecycle. With over $500 million in revenue, approximately 1,300 dedicated employees, and manufacturing resources strategically located worldwide, our manufacturing network spans the United States and Vietnam.
We are seeking a highly motivated and technical Electronics Test Engineer II to join our team at Spartronics. The Test Engineer plays a key role in ensuring product quality, reliability, and compliance for complex aerospace and defense electronic assemblies. This position focuses on developing, implementing, validating, and supporting manufacturing test solutions—including functional tests, in-circuit tests, fixtures, and debug activities. Test Engineers collaborate closely with engineering, production, quality, and customer teams to ensure test coverage, drive yield improvements, and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
This intermediate-level role requires strong technical depth in electronics, hands-on test engineering capability, and the ability to independently execute tasks while contributing to broader improvement initiatives.
