Position: Systems & Network Administrator
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Schedule: Temp to Permanent, 40hr week-M-F
Pay: $41.00-$45.67 Per Hour

DUTIES:
Systems & Network Administrator
- Administer and support the organization's server environment, Microsoft 365 Platform, identity management tools, and cloud services.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues involving computer systems, applications, network connectivity, and information security.
- Manage employee accounts, access permissions, and authentication for business applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related technology equipment.
- Assist with technology enhancements, system implementations, software roll-outs, and infrastructure improvements.
- Help maintain backup solutions and support business continuity in disaster recovery processes.
- Collaborate on technology projects from initial planning through deployment and completion.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, system changes, and technical procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve technical issues, schedule services, and support ongoing technology initiatives.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Systems & Network Administrator
- 2 (+) years of experience in Systems Administration, or related IT experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related experience (preferred)
