Salary Range
Salary is determined by various factors, including
but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of
education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as
contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university and five (5) years’ experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level I or higher is required.
· Must have at least one (1) year of demonstrated experience in Modern operating systems and network architectures.
· Must have at least one (1) year of demonstrated experience in certification and accreditation, architecture development and design, Risk Assessments and IA Metrics gathering.
· Ability to optimize system operation and resource utilization and perform system capacity analysis and planning.
· Ability to break down complex problem space, formulate technical strategies, build action plans, and track progress against established baselines to resolve technical challenges and meet customer expectations.
· Configuring and managing Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems and installing/loading operating systems software, troubleshooting, maintaining integrity of and configuring network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
· Managing virtual servers through VMWare and similar hypervisor products.
