Partners with HR Management and staff to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and enhance HR functionality. Design, develop, and implement new or enhanced business processes in support of new or enhanced HR information technology, specifically with Workday, Precheck, Cisive, Evercheck or any other software system utilized by HR. Identifies opportunities for business process improvement and initiates projects to make improvements with or without deploying information technology. Prepares reports on metrics, data summaries, changes, trends, and strategies for use by management. Serves as technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities and resolving break/fix issues.Major Job Functions

Provide support and guidance to the HR team by creating and maintaining reports, tools, and analytics necessary to meet team initiatives
Assists in the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades and maintenance for Workday, Cisive, Evercheck, internal databases, etc.
Assist Onboarding team with technical issues, corrections, and changes to include people and position management issues
Provide support for Human Resources HRIS functions including researching and resolving problems, unexpected results, or process flaws
Apply change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality
Use data to build project plans and ensure adherence to schedule and other specifications
Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools
Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation for self-service systems training both management and employees
Train new system users when needed for Workday, Cisive, Evercheck, or any other system currently used at CFV
Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery, and support, and applying key technologies
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
The following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this job:
Education and Formal Training:
Master’s degree in business administration or human resource management required
Workday Certification in HCM required
Work Experience:
- 5 years’ HCM, HR Onboarding and recruitment experience required
- 5 years’ Workday experience required in the following:
- Functional advanced level HCM
- Extensive knowledge of Workday Recruiting and Onboarding
- Detailed understanding of Workday module functionality and configuration
- Experience creating advanced, composite, matrix, and trending reports and dashboards
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Understand and use qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
- Ease in managing through ambiguity and change management
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and able to review trends and data to come to new conclusions based on findings
- Consultative skills to provide customers with necessary information resulting in improved user experience
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management and planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning)
- Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients

- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems, security, and complex reporting tools, including writing reports and tracking compliance
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven record of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects in a challenging and changing environment
- Knowledge of HRIS administration, implementation, and maintenance
- Knowledge of HR functional areas and processes
