Beacon is a successful and national behavioral health company providing residential-based services and supports to children and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Severe Mental Illness, Autism, and high-acuity behaviors. All activities related to this position must be delivered in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures, accreditation standards, state and federal licensing requirements, HCBS guidelines, and the contractual requirements of Community Mental Health Agencies and other regulatory bodies. Responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues. You will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure the stability and efficiency of our IT systems
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:•Always be compliant with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.• Diagnose and resolve complex IT problems.• Provide senior guidance and leadership to other team members.• Perform system administration tasks, including network configuration and security updates.• Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure.• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.• Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.• Assist with intake as needed.• Field work/Site visits in support of the above as needed.

Qualifications
- •3-5 years hands-on IT experience in a helpdesk or support role.•Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.•Must pass criminal background check.•Must possess a valid Driver’s License.•Proficient in speaking, reading and writing the English language.•Approved by state, federal and government entities to work within BSLS programs.•Ability to use office equipment, including BSLS information technology systems.
