Based in our Shakopee, Minnesota location, you will design and implement software to verify and validate world-class safety-critical industrial automation equipment.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL:

Work with a team to design and implement automated tests and test infrastructure.
Participate in reviews of product requirements, test designs, and implementations.
Work with multi-functional teams to help solve engineering challenges.
Provide analysis for change requests, considering the impact to product testing and schedule.
Collaborate with firmware developers.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Zero to Four (0-4) years of applicable experience in Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, .NET application development
Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this role

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

An ABET-accredited engineering degree.
Experience with object-oriented programming.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience with requirements-based, black box and grey box testing.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $76,000-$105,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
