Job Summary

Join our team as a Site IT Support Professional supporting reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations across Ohio manufacturing and office locations. In this hands-on role, you will partner with local and corporate IT teams to resolve technical issues, support site systems and infrastructure, and help deliver a positive technology experience for end users. This position is based at the Valley View and Stow Works sites, with occasional travel to other Ohio locations and remote support for additional sites.

This is an onsite position.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support daily IT operations, including site systems, infrastructure, end-user devices, and network connectivity.

  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document service tickets while escalating complex issues appropriately.

  • Assist with incident response, root cause analysis, issue closure, and follow-up actions.

  • Maintain compliance with IT standards, security requirements, access controls, and documentation practices.

  • Serve as a local IT contact for end users, providing clear communication and responsive support.

  • Coordinate with Corporate IT, vendors, and remote teams to deliver timely service and support.

  • Contribute to technology deployments, site projects, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support IT asset tracking, equipment deployment, procurement coordination, and lifecycle activities.

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, site support, service delivery, or a related technical support role.

  • Working knowledge of networks, end-user computing, infrastructure support, and IT service management tools.


Preferred:

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site environments.

  • Familiarity with IT asset management, incident management, and vendor coordination.
