PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project deals with Strategic Modernization of OCSS Web, Conversion of Mainframe processes into OCSS Web, this is a .NET Framework, based web application. Case Management System for CLU (Centralized Locate Unit) to manage their case load efficiently. Case Management for Enforcement helps identify work assignments for the Enforcement team and streamline referral assignment. It will also track aging of requests and changes in priorities. Parent Support Program (PSP) Participant Tracking System is to find the most effective way to assist the PSP Resources Coordinator to easily track NCPs who are participating in Parent Support Program when client shows up for his/her appointment and provides timely progress reports back to the court. Child Support Snapshot (CSS) gives Community Based Organizations (CBOs) the tool to assist the NCP (noncustodial parent) with their Child Support case. Automated Mailing System (AMS) is to automate the current manual process of printing and mailing court documents and inserts to the Custodial Parent (CP)/Assignor and Noncustodial Parent (NCP)/ Respondent in non-e-Filed support cases. OCSE Web legacy (CSTrack). These projects involve designing specifications for processes to fetch and process data from Court Messages, designing and implementing custom applications to utilize the retrieved data, generating reports, and ensuring the timely execution of scheduled jobs.
Tasks & Duties
• Develop system design specifications
• Develops and prepares documents for the general design of solutions that meet system and security requirements, including the selection of alternative approaches.
• Develops specifications for databases, communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage and software configurations.
• Develops structured diagrams for the specifications of databases, communication systems, computer or storage area networks, security or network programs.
• Develops, compiles, maintains and documents configurations of the following: databases, servers, computers, security and network monitor systems, packaged programs, macros, utilities, and communication systems.
• Develop system documentation
• Develop operational and installation procedures for communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage and software.
• Develop guidelines and upgrade techniques of new operational procedures for the support of databases, hardware systems, operating systems software, network systems software, security and client server systems.
• Develop detailed systems operations designs.
• Perform System Design/Development
• Work with MIS staff (e.g., managers, senior programmers, support staff, product manager) to plan program implementation, enhancements and changes
• Create, test and maintain program
• Design reports, audit trails/logs, security mechanisms
• Provide assistance to the ITS technical support staff as needed to resolve a program, database, or application related issues
• Occasionally contact customers as may be needed to clarify the intent of a new feature or resolve a problem
• Provide general programming assistance to other MIS programmers/projects as may be needed.
• Perform Testing/Evaluation
• Tests programs and systems and integrates system modules
• Develops, implements, and monitors information technology quality assurance standards.
• Write and maintain Test Scripts
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered
• A minimum of 6 years of experience with the following skill sets:
• Designing web services-based applications
• Designing document management systems
• Designing Active Directory based security
• Designing workflow systems
• Designing 3-tiered applications
