Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Hellyeah is building an AI-powered advertising platform that helps teams turn business goals into advertising strategy, creative generation, campaign execution, conversion tracking, and continuous optimization.

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to build the reliable, scalable foundation behind our AI workflows, advertising operations, and data systems.

What You’ll Do

• Build and operate the cloud infrastructure supporting AI agents, creative generation, campaign management, and analytics.

• Ensure the reliability of critical workflows, including campaign creation, approval, budget control, ad delivery, and conversion tracking.

• Design scalable systems for asynchronous jobs, event processing, data synchronization, and third-party advertising platform integrations.

• Improve the performance, reliability, observability, security, and cost efficiency of our infrastructure.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, environment management, monitoring, logging, and alerting.

• Partner with product, application engineering, and data teams on capacity planning, service-level objectives, incident response, and disaster recovery.

• Lead production troubleshooting and post-incident reviews, turning operational lessons into long-term engineering improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, backend infrastructure, or SRE.

• Experience owning and operating critical production systems.

• Strong fundamentals in cloud infrastructure, Linux, networking, databases, and distributed systems.

• Hands-on experience with containerized deployments, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and observability.

• Experience building reliable APIs, asynchronous workflows, event-driven systems, or data pipelines.

• A strong understanding of reliability patterns such as idempotency, retries, rate limiting, isolation, fault tolerance, and data consistency.

• A security-minded approach to customer data, advertising accounts, budgets, permissions, and auditability.

• Ability to understand product and business risks, make sound infrastructure trade-offs, and drive improvements across teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting AI agents, model-serving infrastructure, or large-scale generative workloads.

• Experience with advertising technology, third-party marketing APIs, attribution, or real-time data processing.

• Experience building infrastructure at an early-stage company and evolving it as the product and user base grow.

• Experience improving developer productivity through platform tooling and internal infrastructure.
