OUC - The Reliable One, is presently seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to join the Technology division. At OUC, we don’t just work – we’re building a bright future of innovation and transformation for future generations.
We’re seeking a senior multi‑cloud engineer to configure, support, and enhance secure, scalable AWS and Azure infrastructure. In this role, you’ll execute and maintain established multi‑cloud processes, implement Infrastructure as Code, automate deployments and monitoring, strengthen cloud security, and contribute to modernization efforts across a hybrid environment that blends commercial AWS with regulated Azure Government. You’ll troubleshoot complex cloud and network issues, support DR/BCP strategies, and collaborate closely with the cloud engineering team as the organization advances toward cloud operational maturity. This role strengthens the organization’s multi‑cloud foundation by executing and improving established cloud patterns, allowing senior team members to advance emerging architectural and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and experience may substitute 1:1
- 7+ years of production cloud engineering experience, including:
- Infrastructure‑as‑Code using AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager, Azure Bicep, or Terraform.
- CI/CD pipeline development with Jenkins, GitLab, AWS CodePipeline, or Azure Pipelines.
- Monitoring and logging using CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Azure Monitor, or Splunk.
- Experience with public/government cloud environments (preferred).
- Licenses, Certificates, and Registrations:
- AWS / Azure Certified Solutions Architect (preferred)
- AWS / Azure Certified DevOps Engineer (preferred)
- Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) (preferred)
- Google Certified Professional Data Engineer (preferred)
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) (preferred)
- Additional Required Skills:
- AWS + Azure production experience with core services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC; Azure VMs, Blob Storage, VNet).
- Kubernetes orchestration (EKS/AKS) and containerization.
- Cloud security: IAM, KMS, RBAC, encryption.
- Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell.
- Troubleshooting and architecture of cloud and network systems.
- Automation of deployments, monitoring, and cloud operations.
- DR/BCP and high‑availability architecture experience.
- Experience modernizing legacy systems into cloud‑native platforms.

Salary Range: $107,980 - $134,974 annually - commensurate with experience
