At Frontier City, work is FUN! Working as an IT Technician, you’ll provide support to users and assist with the help desk line. You’ll also…

• Assist with questions and problems related to hardware, software, POS (Point of Sale) equipment, and network-related inquiries.
• Unpack, configure, install, and dismantle equipment including POS computers, desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, copiers, and any accompanying peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to desktops, laptops, POS, networks, cameras, and mobile devices.
• Assist with configuration and testing of new hardware and software implementations.

Qualifications

• • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Able to lift and/or carry moderately heavy loads.
  • Physical qualifications to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift.
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to read and understand English.
  • Previous Law Enforcement, Public Safety, or Security related experience is preferred.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
