Full Visibility is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer Mid-Level located in Winchester, VA or Washington, DC and is a Hybrid Role Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance. Individuals selected for this position will be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations based on their assignment after their start date and must be able to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment.

Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in software quality assurance, software testing, or a related discipline.
- Experience developing, executing, and maintaining automated test cases and test scripts.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and quality assurance best practices.
- Experience with configuration management, change management, and release management processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local market conditions, and candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. A reasonable salary range for this position is $70K to $105K.
