WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time; schedule based on program needs
PAY RATE: Salary determined based upon experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Plan, document, and execute hot-fire and cold-flow test campaigns on the propulsion qualification stand.
Own test instrumentation, data acquisition systems, channel checkout, calibration coordination, and post-test data reduction.
Develop test plans, procedures, readiness criteria, hazard controls, and post-test reports in coordination with engineering and operations teams.
Monitor test performance, identify anomalies, assess technical risk, and provide clear, defensible recommendations to propulsion and vehicle design teams.
Support troubleshooting, corrective-action development, and retesting to verify that propulsion-system requirements are met.
Serve console rotations during integrated vehicle tests and support test or flight events outside standard hours when program needs require it.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
At least five years of hands-on experience in liquid propulsion testing, rocket-engine testing, or an equivalent propulsion development program.
Demonstrated experience planning or executing hot-fire and cold-flow tests using operational test-stand hardware.
Strong working knowledge of sensors, instrumentation, data acquisition systems, test controls, and engineering data analysis.
Ability to interpret incomplete or conflicting test data, make sound technical judgments, and defend recommendations with evidence.
Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent directly relevant experience.
Ability to work onsite in Titusville, Florida, and collaborate effectively with technicians, operators, safety personnel, and multidisciplinary engineers.
