Full job details
Credo is seeking a Network Engineer to support and strengthen our IT infrastructure operations. The role focuses on Tier I–II customer support, infrastructure monitoring, uptime management, and technical assistance for senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings hands-on enterprise networking experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset to help scale Credo's IT operations reliably and efficiently.
Base salary range is $100,000 - $135,000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.

- Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, Security, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on network experience in high-tech or enterprise environments
- Strong grasp of core networking concepts, security principles, and network operation services including DHCP, DNS, TACACS, and network automation
- Proven experience with firewalls, switch configuration, scripting, and high-availability designs with redundancy
- Familiarity with modern network hardware, solutions, and services
- Demonstrated experience contributing to enterprise-level network implementations or major upgrades
Preferred Qualifications
- CCNP certification or equivalent
- Firewall configuration experience (Palo Alto, FortiGate, Juniper, or SonicWall)
- Cisco and Arista programming experience
- Cloud networking in GCP and AWS
- Python scripting
- TACACS implementation and administration
- Experience with monitoring tools such as PRTG, Pingdom, or ZenDuty
- Configure and manage networking technologies across LAN and WAN environments
- Monitor network services, performance, and uptime end-to-end
- Provide Tier I–II troubleshooting and operational support
- Implement network architecture and integrate with enterprise systems
- Execute change management and patch management activities
- Manage network-related procurement, including vendor evaluation and selection
- Create and maintain clear, structured documentation for operations and policy requirements
- Develop automation to streamline recurring operational tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to continuously improve network services and security posture
