About the Role
The work:
You will administer, monitor, and maintain network and cloud infrastructure within AWS GovCloud, SC2S and C2S enclaves. Configure and manage VPCs, subnets, routing, firewalls, and network-related AWS services. Implement and enforce security policies to maintain compliance with IC, DoD, and organizational standards. Troubleshoot connectivity issues, system outages, and performance degradation across multiple enclaves. Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security groups within secure cloud environments. Support onboarding of new systems, applications, and mission workloads into secure cloud infrastructures. Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to enhance reliability and scalability. Maintain documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures. Participate in change management, incident response, and continuous improvement efforts. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders.
Here's what you need:
- 8+ Years of professional experience with a minimum of 3+ years of hands on experience with AWS GovCloud, SC2S and C2S enclaves
- Experience configuring secure cloud networking, virtualized environments, and hybrid architecture
- Proficiency with Linux and Windows server administration
- Solid understanding of network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, load balancing, and firewalls
- Experience with monitoring and log management tools for network health and security
- Ability to create and maintain documentation, diagrams, and processes
- Bachelor's degree
- TS Clearance required
- Onsite in Winchester, VA
Preferred Qualifications:
- Desired experience working with Secret Cloud on Premise (SCOP)
- Experience supporting mission systems or workloads in Intelligence Community environments
- Familiarity with cross domain solutions, enclave connectivity, and accreditation processes
- Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Python, shell scripting)
- Understanding of Zero Trust architectures, segmentation strategies, and security best practices
- Experience with STIGs, vulnerability management, and secure configuration baselines
- Certification Preferred: AWS professional or specialty certifications (DevOps, Security, Networking, etc.)

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
