Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to support a complex, high-performance network spanning enterprise data centers and AWS cloud environments. This role is critical to maintaining 24x7x365 uptime, performance, and reliability across production and corporate networks.

Responsibilities

=ɘAdminister, monitor, and support enterprise and production network infrastructure=ɘ
=ɘTroubleshoot incidents across LAN/WAN, data center, and AWS (VPC) environments=ɘ
=ɘMaintain high availability and performance for mission-critical systems supporting global platforms=ɘ
=ɘConfigure and troubleshoot routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and redundancy protocols (HSRP, VRRP)=ɘ
=ɘSupport network hardware and security appliances, including Cisco and Juniper devices=ɘ
=ɘAssist with firewall configuration and VPN connectivity (IPSec, SSL-VPN)=ɘ
=ɘSupport load balancing technologies such as F5 Big-IP (LTM/GTM)=ɘ
=ɘMonitor network health using tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, Observium, Cacti, SNMP, and Syslog=ɘ
=ɘParticipate in on-call rotation and resolve high-priority production incidents=ɘ
=ɘDocument network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps=ɘ
=ɘPartner with engineering teams on network upgrades, improvements, and automation initiatives=ɘ

Qualifications

3–6+ years of experience in network administration or network operations
=ɘStrong experience with Cisco (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR, ASA) and/or Juniper (SRX, M-series)=ɘ
=ɘStrong knowledge of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)=ɘ
=ɘHands-on routing and switching experience in enterprise environments=ɘ
=ɘWorking knowledge of firewalls and network security fundamentals=ɘ
=ɘExperience supporting production environments with high uptime requirements=ɘ
=ɘFamiliarity with monitoring/alerting tools and operational best practices=ɘ
=ɘExperience with AWS networking (VPC, routing, security groups, peering)=ɘ
=ɘExposure to load balancing (F5, Riverbed Zeus)=ɘ
=ɘScripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, Ansible) is a plus=ɘ
