Position Summary
Provision, deploy, configure, and administer various systems including Windows Servers, Hyper-V, Azure Cloud, O365 Administration, SD-WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and various network monitoring tools. Work with vendors to diagnose network issues. As well as assisting with troubleshooting and resolution of level 1 support tickets.
Responsibilites
- Perform remote, onsite, phone and client-side user support.
- Monitor trouble tickets and corporate incidents Enterprise wide.
- Maintain client software and hardware such as Windows 11, Windows Server 2019, 2022, Office 365, Intune, Ubiquiti, Aruba.
- Lift and carry computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and move equipment.
- Perform maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
- Troubleshoots remote access connectivity problems.
Education & Experience

Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications:
- Associate degree or Trade School certificate in related field
Experience / Technical Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in call center or service desk environment
Knowledge of various network, hardware and software applications including:
- SD-WAN network topology (Aruba, Baracuda)
- Switching, VLANs and network routes
- Operating Systems: Windows 10, 11 and Windows Server 2019, 2022
- Office 365 Support
- Intune suite
- Wireless and Wired LAN and Internet Support
- Effective troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Experience creating a customer knowledgebase
- May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience
