Texas GovLink, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has been a leading provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced Network Administrator to be a key resource on a technical services team.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and improvement of client's business network services across Austin and San Antonio. Support LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, internet edge, DNS, DHCP, remote access, network monitoring, network diagrams, capacity planning, and service restoration activities.
- Support secure network operations for a high-assurance business IT environment, including segmentation, access control coordination, vendor handoff, configuration review, change implementation, service ticket resolution, and operational documentation. Work with client's staff, service providers, and site support personnel to keep network services available, secure, and ready for agency operations.
- Assist with network procurement support, asset inventory, cutover planning, migration support, vulnerability remediation, after-hours maintenance windows, and incident-related fact gathering when requested by client.

Experience with routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, wireless networks, network diagrams, and network performance monitoring.

Experience implementing and maintaining secure network segmentation, least-privilege access paths, and controlled network changes.

Experience coordinating with carriers, managed service providers, hardware vendors, and internal support teams to resolve network service issues.

Experience supporting endpoint, collaboration, identity, or cloud/SaaS dependencies that affect business network performance and user productivity

Experience with Palo Alto, Juniper, Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, or equivalent enterprise firewall, switching, and wireless platforms.

Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Teams Rooms, VPN replacement, zero trust, or identity-governed remote access concepts.
