MyChart Help Desk Analyst (PRN) - EpicCare

POSITION SUMMARY:

The MyChart Help Desk Analyst will provide professional, friendly MyChart (Iris) Patient Portal support to patients with activation of their account, resetting of passwords, and navigation of the MyChart portal. This analyst will be responsible for reporting MyChart issues reported by the patient community, and thorough documentation of each issue in the ticketing system.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required

• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
• Dependable, punctual, and highly detail‑oriented

• Ability to follow established workflows consistently

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday, PRN (as needed) only. No benefits.
