This role is responsible for developing and managing cloud storage solutions, building data pipelines, automating processes using Python and Flask, provisioning infrastructure with Terraform and CloudBees, and contributing to AI and Agentic AI solution development using MCP Services.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assists in designing and implementing cloud-based information systems on AWS infrastructure by defining system scope, conducting research and feasibility studies, creating technical documentation and flow charts, and building AI solutions using MCP Services and developing Agentic AI solutions under guidance from senior engineers
- Implements and maintains cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform and configures CI/CD pipelines with CloudBees, while monitoring resource utilization, performance metrics, and supporting security and compliance initiatives following established procedures
- Develops and maintains data engineering solutions including data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics components using Python or Java for automation scripts, while designing and managing cloud storage architectures including S3 bucket configurations, storage lifecycle policies, and data retention strategies to ensure systems meet analytical and reporting requirements
- Creates and maintains comprehensive technical documentation including system specifications, user guides, operational procedures, and troubleshooting steps to support knowledge sharing and ongoing system operations Investigates and troubleshoots routine system issues, participates in code reviews, analyzes system performance for improvement opportunities, and escalates complex problems appropriately to senior team members
- Provides user support by developing training materials, delivering training sessions, creating knowledge base articles, and gathering feedback to enhance user adoption and system effectiveness during implementation and post-deployment phases
- Monitors application operations using AWS CloudWatch and monitoring tools, participates in incident response and on-call rotation, and actively develops professional skills in AWS cloud technologies, Terraform, CloudBees, storage services, and programming languages to support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years implementing and managing enterprise cloud backup and storage solutions.
- 3+ years experience working with Data Domain
- 2+ years of experience working with Rubrik
- 3+ years of experience in Python development
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
- Experience with AWS Backup Services
- Hands on experience with Dell Networker
- Understanding of AI/ML workflows, data pipelines, and MLOps practices.
- Experience working with Splunk
Anticipated Posting End Date:
2026-07-14Base Pay Range: $111,000/yr - $152,000/yrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
