We are seeking a Junior IT Help Desk Technician to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. In this role you will be responsible for independently resolving a wide range of end-user technical issues while contributing to daily IT operations. This role builds on foundational support experience and requires greater responsibility in user administration, hardware lifecycle management, and moderate troubleshooting. You will serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and help drive efficient IT service delivery.
This is NOT a remote role. Must be located in or moving to Sioux Falls, SD to be considered.

The Role
- Provide second-level support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, escalating only when necessary
- Perform laptop/desktop hardware repair, imaging, and advanced builds
- Manage user setup, hardware/software procurement assistance, and new-hire onboarding processes
- Administer and support enterprise cloud productivity and email platforms, including user account management and basic collaboration tool configuration
- Troubleshoot network and internet connectivity problems for users
- Support mobile device enrollment, configuration, and troubleshooting for Apple iOS and Android platforms
- Handle printer configuration, advanced troubleshooting, and peripheral support
- Assist with endpoint security practices and basic device management tasks
- Document resolutions, update knowledge articles, and contribute to process improvements
- Provide training and guidance to end users on best practices for common applications and tools
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in IT help desk or desktop support required
- Solid knowledge of Windows 11 troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 applications, and standard business software
- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration platforms, basic networking concepts, and hardware repair
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with the team
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications) are a plus
- Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving
- Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
